A recent Google reviewer said one of its drivers suddenly halted a work van in front of their family's vehicle in flowing traffic. A 2026 Google reviewer said one of its drivers cut them off at the roundabout in Jeffersonville and flipped them off. A 2024 Reddit commenter told others not to use Perfect Temp.

It’s absolutely wild that someone previously left a review for the exact same reason I am: One of their drivers borderline jack-knifed and suddenly halted the work van in front of my family’s vehicle from the neighboring lane. They were at a full stop and we were in actively flowing traffic. All this just to prevent us from legally passing them. Road rage and risking lives is not a quality of a person I would ever want in my home.
One of their drivers deliberately cut me off at the roundabout in Jeffersonville and flipped me off while doing it. He could have easily caused an accident but had no problem doing it in a work van. I am writing so other people know they employ people who are clearly not stable and I would not want in my home.
We re did our entire heating system with these guys they did a good job a year later a pipe corroded on the run off pipe. Which is Avery simple fix and we understand we would pay for the repair. I called to have them repair and they told me they would not have time now or in the future to fix. Why would you hire someone to re do your whole heating system and then when you need service they tell you no?? Just the worst I would not use them for any projects they are not reliable and pretty upsetting to say the least…
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Perfect Temp was more than amazing to work with. I had my furnace die the end of October just in time for the temperature to start dropping. The technicians were so friendly and professional and kept me up to date each step of the way. Don’t hesitate to call them!!!
