Perfix Solutions has a single written customer review, from an Airbnb host in 2023: the host said Joel kept the rental running and called him responsive, creative, and professional. The company is based in Beverly and describes itself as a property-care and maintenance business; Angi's July 2026 profile lists handyman projects, interior painting, and drywall repair. One concrete item to settle before booking is registration: Massachusetts HIC #210317, held in Perfix Solutions, Inc.'s name, is registry-verified as expired. The company claimed to be fully insured on its July 2026 website, whose Services page still had placeholder text; ask for a current insurance certificate and confirm registration before work that requires an HIC.
