They also said the team returned to help them set up and understand their irrigation system. A July 2026 reviewer described Jeff visiting within a few days to estimate front-and-side landscaping cleanup. After a deposit, the crew arrived within a few weeks, completed the requested work, and had Jeff overseeing it. In April 2026, a customer described extensive hardscaping at a lakeside camp, praising Menfi's communication and Walter and an unnamed coworker's work and cleanup. A June 2026 reviewer reported tree removal and rock placement.
Longer customer relationships include garden care and hardscaping. In October 2023, one customer described weekly mowing and edging, seasonal cleanup, and monthly gardening that included weeding and pruning. Another October 2023 reviewer described about five years working with Jeff and the team on patio and fire-pit installation and spring cleanup, praising itemized quotes and responsiveness. A separate October 2023 account described tree removal and pruning followed by soil removal, loam, grading, shrubs, flowers, and hydroseeding to renovate a neglected lawn.
There are substantial complaints as well. A July 2024 customer said numerous jobs remained unfinished despite paying over $80,000, and that their business opening was delayed three times. They reported inadequate site supervision, missing contracts, quotes and receipts, fencing mistakes, grading that did not meet their specifications, cigarette litter, and gravel placed in the wrong path. Two separate July 2024 accounts described workers blowing gas-station litter into streets, one in Milford and another in Exeter, New Hampshire.
