Dave's Tree Care

Dave's Tree Care says it has provided proactive pruning since 1989. Operating as Dave's Tree and Landscaping Services, Inc. in Holden, it offers tree removal and tree-health work alongside pruning, including evaluations, restoration, sonic tomography, and cabling. The company names Holden, Worcester, Shrewsbury, West Boylston, Paxton, Rutland, Princeton, Northborough, and Boylston as its service area. Customers have described both the work and what happened afterward. In an August 2021 Google review, a customer praised Dave's effort and the care he took with cleanup. An August 2023 reviewer also praised cleanup and recommended him for trimming and cutting diseased trees. A December 2023 customer said Dave and his crew cleared an area of their property and described the work as professional and reasonably priced. Repeat business comes up in a September 2024 review: that customer called Dave and his crew their go-to tree service for many years, praising thoroughness, courtesy, and reasonable pricing. In March 2025, another customer praised thorough work, respectful treatment, and phone responsiveness, and said they intended to use Dave and Tim again. An April 2022 reviewer had received a reasonably priced estimate and praised communication while still awaiting the work. BBB gives the business an A+ grade, reports accreditation, and identifies David B. Hatton as owner. Its profile lists ISA arborist, pesticide, and hoisting credentials, along with Massachusetts licence numbers 22464 and HE-082428; these are BBB profile claims, rather than state-registry verification.
