In a 2020 review, Dwayne and his guys (Mike & Jay) were credited with an outstanding installation of a 4' black aluminum fence with two gates for a back and side yard dog enclosure, completed on time at a price that reviewer called very competitive. A separate 2020 review praised a great job removing and replacing a long stretch of 6' fence. In a 2019 review, Dwayne and his team were credited with a fantastic job installing a new wooden fence around the reviewer's yard. A 2021 review says a deposit of half the cost of a job over 6K went to Dwayne in April 2020, the job was still not completed in April 2021, the sections that were put up were all crooked and leaning in, and he had stopped answering calls and texts. Another 2021 review describes a wood composite fence and gate hired through Lowes, where the crew began the gate installation incorrectly, left for lunch and never returned, caused damage while installing the gate post and dumped dirt and debris in flower beds; they did not return to finish the job. A third 2021 review said they put rocks underneath the fence and called it "not straight at all". In a 2019 review, the installer was said to have done a great job, but on delivery and removal of the fence they drove over the left side of the yard after being told to use the right side, leaving deep tire marks on the lawn.

This company a joke Ive never seen a fence so messed up they put rocks underneath it to try straight it didnt work fence terrible not straight at all .
Gave Dwayne a deposit (half of the cost of the job over 6K) in April of 2020. He still hasnâ t completed my job yet and it is April 2021. He did send some people by to start the job a few months ago and the sections that they did put up are all crooked and leaning in. They will have to be removed. He has since stopped answering my calls and texts. I will have to go to court to get my deposit back I am sure. I now have to hire another company to do the job and Iâ m out 6K. Do not work with this company.
Dwayne and his crew were hired to install a wood composite fence and gate through Lowes. I had researched this company and had faith they would do a professional job as there are positive reviews. However please be warned! Dwaynes crew showed up and had complete disregard for my property. On the first day on the job and they had incorrectly begun installation of the gate at the end of my driveway. When I informed them the opening was incorrect, the crew immediately blamed it on poor communication with their boss and left for lunch and never returned. This was just the beginning. They caused damage to my property while installing the gate post and dumped dirt and debris in my flower beds instead of hauling it away! The next day, Dwayne shows up and he and his crew were extremely condescending and inappropriate to me. Needless to say, they did not return to finish the job and another installer came who was extremely professional and we highly recommend him for any future needs - Imperial Fence, also out of Woburn.

Dwayne and his guys (Mike & Jay) did an outstanding installation of a 4' black aluminum fence with two gates for my back and side yard (dog enclosure). The job was completed on time, and the price was very competitive. Dwayne was always reachable if I had any questions. It was a pleasure working with this company.
