It is a one-person shop in Lowell run by Derek Gracia, and the profile lists exactly one employee: him. The job people keep hiring him for is rodents. A landlord in February 2026 had him deal with mice for his tenants and called the communication the best part; a March customer described trapping, removal and the sealing of entry points in a basement, and made a point of the fact that furniture he had to move went back exactly where it started. Another March customer said scheduling was straightforward and that the full cost was laid out before payment came due. He also lists bed bug, termite, ant and wasp work. Two things to pin down before he starts. His Thumbtack page lists no licence at all, so ask him directly for his Massachusetts pesticide applicator credential and licence number. And this is a solo operation with a short trading history — fine for a single mouse problem or a rental turnover, worth a second thought if you need a large or phased commercial treatment on a schedule. If you want more than that before letting someone treat your house, ask for two local references and the licence number, then judge.

Extremely easy to schedule. Took care of exactly what was needed about I put many road blocks in the way of the technician, they communicated clearly and did what was needed to get the job done. Communicated everything at the end before payment was due. Everything was made easy by this company and I would recommend them to anyone who needs pest services!

Great experience with Pest Busters! Very thorough, professional, and respectful of our home. If furniture had to be moved, he took care that it was places back the way it originally was. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained the process. I would definitely call Pest Busters again if needed!
