Michael had installed my system, helped train us and our dog, and even made a service call in a very timely manner. Great guy! I really recommend Michael and the Pet Stop electric fence to anyone with a dog . It's great to just let the dog out and it's especially nice not to have to go out in the winter for the usual "routine". Our neighbor took my advice and put one in. He would give the same glowing review!

Pet Stop of Eastern Mass is a very responsive company. They have been out multiple times over the last few months to re-establish an unused system on our property and after a lightning strike, They came out right away, fixed some line breaks and had the system up and running for our new puppy. They also are very caring about how a new puppy reacts to the electric system and focus on the proper training of the dog without a higher shock to get the puppy trained. They will call you immediately back when you need to increase the correction once the dog is more familiar with the fence location. Mike, the owner is very professional and listens to your concerns and walks you through the best way to train your pet.
