The customer said John Pezzetta was professional and reliable from the first email through completion, after they had put off getting a pool because they did not want to oversee the process. The Wilbraham business identifies John Pezzetta as its owner and operator and says it grew out of more than 30 years of experience. Its website says he spent over 10 years as an Allied Craftsman with Local 33 in Atlantic City. The company says it is insured, and its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active. Google lists a 5-star rating from one customer.
