PHOENICIAN HOME IMPROVEMENT

Siding, roofs, windows and decks feature repeatedly in customer accounts of Phoenician Home Improvement, alongside bathroom renovations. The Plainville company says it was established in 2003 and serves nearby central Connecticut towns. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration is active. Google lists 46 ratings averaging 4.8 stars, and Angi lists 35 averaging 4.9. Recent customers describe completed exterior projects. An October 2026 homeowner praises replacement siding, while an August reviewer says Tony explained the process and the crew completed a roof in one day. A June customer describes siding and a new roof, with Tony helping through design decisions and answering questions. In May, a homeowner said a completed deck project led them to hire the team again for a sliding-door replacement at a condo. Older accounts include work on distinctive spaces. In July 2025, a customer describes five custom Pella window units installed in a 117-year-old sunroom, with Tony Sakr on site coordinating the work. An October 2025 homeowner describes a ground-floor bathroom using space from a garage closet, with wheelchair space and support bars for their husband. A November 2025 customer describes two bathroom upgrades, including a more spacious master-bath remodel and tiled showers; they praised detailed estimates, daily cleanup and care around their indoor cat. That customer also reported minor post-project issues, which Tony addressed quickly. A March 2025 customer similarly said minor issues on a larger exterior project were addressed immediately. Communication has also drawn complaints. In October 2025, a prospective customer said two months passed after measurements without a quote despite repeated calls. A May 2024 customer likewise reported no bathroom quote or callback after an April visit and subsequent messages. In August 2023, a customer praised windows installed in 2019 but said later roof inquiries and questions about a damaged window went unanswered. An April 2023 deck customer praised the work and cleanup but said a patio table had not been returned to the deck before railings were built, leaving a task they could not manage alone. Other customers describe responsive service: a June 2024 window customer praised help with unexpected repairs after installation, and a July 2025 customer described replacement windows and a storm door with prompt replies and thorough cleanup.
