A recent customer says James, the inspector, explained the issues he saw and showed pictures of the attic and roof before proposing a replacement that worked for their budget. One homeowner says the roofs on their house, garage and shed were done in one day. A customer says Leonardo guided them through the claim process to get the roof fully replaced. On a siding project, one customer says Carden coordinated door painting, new gutters and gutter guards, and wildlife control for an ongoing bat issue, with extensive cleanup. A customer who hired the company to fix a botched window job by a previous contractor says their sunroom is now weather tight. On Reddit, a commenter wrote of a "2500 colonial - full replacement - just over $18000" and said of Carden: "No complaints." A 2025 customer said Carden worked with their insurance company after storm damage, the claim was accepted, and the roof was replaced in a day. A 2026 customer described an extreme lack of communication, improper installation and measurements, missing finish work and three months of uncertainty. A 2024 Reddit commenter said the company came by their house saying the roof looked damaged and offered to assess it and possibly help with an insurance claim, adding that the catch is they do the work.
