The contact page reads like a family roster — five Covels hold the senior posts, from estimating to the front office — though the company never spells out who owns it. What is missing is customers. Google carries a single star rating with nothing written under it, and BBB reports no reviews and no complaints, and has issued no rating for want of information. For a commercial sub that is an ordinary shape, but it leaves a homeowner nothing to read. If you are a general contractor or an owner pricing a fit-up or a new building, ask for project references and the licence number in writing. If you are a homeowner looking for someone to rewire a kitchen, this is not the shop that market is aimed at.
