Will serviced my house a few years ago. He was incredibly personable, professional and organized which I loved. He gave me a whole map up and break down of exactly what would be done and the cost associated with it all for an affordable cost!
Such a great experience. Amazing communication and work ethic. The sales woman came and was hilarious and professional! The men came and did the job quickly and efficiently. Came did the quote and job was done within the next two weeks. We had problems with the last company who put our gutters in, but Will and his crew came over and were a breath of fresh air. Recommend them to every and anyone! Great personalities from every single one of them, fun group of people!

This was disappointing on so many levels. We immediately had problems with the gutter that was installed and it didn't work properly. When we asked Will Bradley to come back to fix the gutter it took nearly 2 months for them to finally return and fix the gutter. And they didn't even complete the job. During that time they avoided taking my phone calls. He has some kind of system where he won't take your call and you can't leave a message. I had to use other phone numbers to get him to answer my calls. But once he learned all my numbers he stopped taking my calls and I had to resort to text messaging and he could ignore text messaging as much as he wanted. Usually he gave bogus responses when you did get hold of him about why he couldn't get back to you. They were always vague and never seem to hold much water. He was very, very difficult to communicate with and it was very frustrating and terrible experience. Do not hire this company. You will be very sorry if you do. He was very very unprofessional and unresponsive. Gutter was installed on September 28th and was partially fixed on or about November 17th. He refuses to schedule the return visit to complete the fix and he won't answer my text messages. I spent almost 8 weeks trying to get him to acknowledge the problem and promise to come back and fix it. As it is I only have a partial fix. I don't ever expect he will actually complete the job at this point.
