I upgraded to the DLA-UV-HC glass package, and the added cost was minimal for the value received. During the windows install they replaced all rotted wood, insulation and snow and ice shield located well below the windows at no extra charge. Pro Entry did a full frame install, replacing all aluminum wrap and flashing, using all high-end materials such as super high-grade caulking to adequately caulk all areas around the windows and entry way. They don't believe in nickel and diming their valued customers. George, his son Michael, and their longtime employee Scott are highly skilled, certified installers. They showed up exactly when promised, stayed late when needed, and made sure every detail was done perfectly.
