Phoenix Moving & Storage is a Natick outfit whose name keeps coming up with the same handful of movers — Arthur, Alex, Nick, Stan — the kind of specific, repeated praise that's hard to fake. Google puts them at 5 stars across 242 ratings, and an independent moving-review site scored them 9.57 out of 10, placing them in the top 2% of Massachusetts movers it tracks. The most recent reviews tell a consistent story. One customer this month described the crew staying patient through a painfully slow elevator while packing carefully and checking in about where things should go. Another needed an interstate move arranged on short notice; Phoenix called back within an hour, beat out three competing quotes, and had a one-bedroom's worth of furniture loaded in under 30 minutes. A third review from May describes movers navigating oversized items down a narrow staircase without incident. That pattern isn't new — LinkedIn lists the company as founded in 2022 out of Natick, and the broader history includes movers dismantling and rebuilding a pool table piece by piece and handling a run of unusually heavy boxes without a scratch. The company's site describes itself as covering local and long-distance moves, packing, and storage across Massachusetts and into neighboring states. The one real snag worth knowing about: a customer trying to reach the company by phone described calling the number on the website three times and getting disconnected by an automated system each time. It's an older account and doesn't show up again in anything recent, but it's worth having a backup way to reach them — email or the online quote form — if a call doesn't connect on the first try. This reads like the right call for a local move, an interstate relocation, or a house full of furniture that needs specific handling instructions followed — narrow staircases, awkward pieces, tight timelines. Worth locking in a quote through their online form if the phone line is slow to pick up.

The crew were great; patient with the very slow elevator, very attentive packing; very happy with my local move.<br>Timely showing up, highly efficient, checked in about where I wanted things unpacked

Stan and his partner were amazing!!! I cannot overstate what an incredible job they did. I don’t understand how they can be so fast and so careful at the same time. They really went above and beyond and wasted absolutely no time. It was truly beyond any expectations. My sister had recommended this company to me after using them twice and had great experiences both times. I really can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you!!

I had an incredible experience with Phoenix! I had to organize an interstate move very last-minute, and Phoenix was the clear choice out of the four companies I reached out to. They called me less than an hour after I sent in my request for a quote and were extremely communicative throughout the whole process. The movers arrived right on time to both the pick up and drop off locations and genuinely worked faster than I thought possible (thank you Alex and Artur). Every piece of furniture was moved into my one-bedroom in less than 30 minutes! And, best of all, I received this incredible service for less than half the price of most other moving companies (just over $2300, and that's including the tip). I absolutely recommend them to anyone moving into a Boston apartment!

Great local moving company. They were quick, thorough, fairly priced and were flexible with availability. Would definitely recommend them.

Arthur and Alex were incredible. They made our moving day so easy. They worked quickly and skillfully. They navigated some very large items down a very narrow staircase. They are pros!
