Coach USA Moving has customers who describe careful, efficient moves and others who report damaged belongings and difficult claims. The Ashland mover has a 2.8-star Google rating from 125 ratings. Its BBB page gives it an A+ grade and lists accreditation. A Google reviewer writing in May 2026 praised the movers' hard work and knowledge of their job. In an October 2024 Google review, a customer said the crew arrived on time, finished within the discussed period and handled email coordination promptly. Another customer writing that October said their move with a flatmate involved no damage and no unexpected charges beyond the quote. A separate October 2024 reviewer described a move within the city that took two hours and said the company accommodated date and time changes caused by their new building. Older accounts describe smaller interstate shipments as well. In a March 2021 HomeAdvisor review, a parent described shipping 67 boxes of wedding presents from a Boxford basement to their son's new home in Charlotte. They praised salesperson Helen, said pickup went well and delivery was quick, and reported being told that every box arrived in good order. A December 2020 HomeAdvisor reviewer praised delivery worker George for carrying belongings up a steep driveway and placing large pieces in the requested rooms. The complaints include unresolved financial outcomes. A July 2025 Google reviewer said belongings were damaged, a claim was approved after months of pictures and receipts, and Coach USA never paid. In an October 2024 Google review, a customer who booked through Vanlinesinc and obtained insurance through Coach USA described damaged furniture and appliances, a proposed $75 payment requiring a notary, and a $700 delivery charge after the driver said the gate was inaccessible. A customer writing on HomeAdvisor in April 2024 about a Nebraska-to-Texas move said furniture was stored in Florida despite being told Kansas, some items never arrived and others arrived damaged. A February 2022 HomeAdvisor reviewer praised how belongings were wrapped but objected to the company keeping them for five weeks after pickup. In an October 2022 HomeAdvisor review, another customer reported more than $15,000 in losses, an added $6,000 charge and a $106 offer from the independent claims company.
