Phoenix Plumbing & Heating is based in Norfolk, MA, and holds MA plumber license 2890-PL-C, active on the state registry under the name Phoenix Plumbing & Heating Co.,Inc. The business describes itself as specializing in plumbing and heating installation, service and repair for residential clients. Also in 2026, Tim and Brandon showed up on time, fixed everything quickly and did not try to upsell or overcomplicate anything. In another 2026 review, the plumber was friendly and knowledgeable, got everything working perfectly and made sure that customer was satisfied before leaving. A separate 2026 customer said they had been using Phoenix for over 10 years, and another that year said it answered all of their questions and had fair pricing.

My go-to plumbers for over a decade.
Complete gentlemen. Extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and NEAT. I am a new homeowner and have fallen into far too many plumbing issues - Phoenix has been the solution to every single one (big and small). Tim and Brandon are consistently reliable, timely, efficient, and respectful. Other than their plumbing expertise, this father son duo genuinely cares about your home. No mess, no dirt - areas are left better than they were found. Could not recommend Phoenix Plumbing more.
