In 2026, Russ and Josh reworked the plumbing of an existing bathroom and added plumbing for a new en-suite, working in modern Kohler valves and a steam shower unit. Russ also squeezed that customer in last minute to replace a water heater after it gave out, stayed late into the evening to ensure the job was done, and made recommendations on the best setup to support the extra bathroom.
In another 2026 job, a customer began losing hot water on a Sunday afternoon from a hot water heater only five years old; Russell responded immediately, shortly thereafter that customer had a new hot water heater, and the space was left spotless. Russell also worked with the manufacturer and took care of the warranty.
When a heating vent pipe had to be moved for a farmer's porch project in 2026, Russel worked with both the contractor and the electrician to coordinate timing for everyone; Russel and Josh then showed up on time, pulled the proper permits, took care of the problem and left the area spotless. That customer hired Russel again to do the plumbing when the kitchen and bath were gutted down to the studs, and most recently called him about an older heating system, where he was transparent about pricing and had options to keep it running for now as well as options for replacing it.
In 2026, Russell and Josh installed a new disposal and some faucets, and Russell fixed a faux panel on the sink cabinet that had been loosened when the stone company installed new countertops and a sink. He also confirmed that something another plumber had said should be replaced soon did not need immediate attention. Another 2026 customer's mother-in-law needed help with an outdoor waterline along with a few other jobs that several other plumbers weren't willing to take on, and he took the time to explain the process before moving forward.

5 plus stars!!
On a beautiful Sunday afternoon I began to lose hot water while doing dishes. It couldn’t be my hot water heater as it was only five years old ( ? )
Indeed it was! Fortunately we caught it early enough before it did any real damage. I reached out to Russell hoping he would be available. He responded immediately. Shortly thereafter I had a new hot water heater. My space was left spotless.
He was clean, neat, and efficient. Russell also worked with the manufacturer and took care of the warranty for us.
Whether you have an emergency situation or a planned project reach out to Russell. He’s a pleasure to work with.
Russ and Josh did a fantastic job reworking the plumbing of an existing bathroom and adding plumbing for a new en-suite. We worked in some modern Kohler valves and a steam shower unit and everything is working beautifully. We could not be happier with the results! To top it off, Russ squeezed us in last minute to replace our water heater after it gave out and stayed late into the evening to ensure the job was done, and he helped make recommendations on the best setup to support the extra bathroom addition. We look forward to working with Russ again!
I had Well Connected out to install a new g-disposal and some faucets. Russell and Josh did a great job. They were professional and friendly. But what truly impressed me was that Russell fixed my faux panel on the sink cabinet that had been loosened when the stone company installed the new countertops and sink. I know he already had a long day and although the work only took a few minutes, it wasn't in his scope of work and he didn't need to volunteer to do that. Also, when I asked him to look at something another plumber had indicated should be replaced soon, he confirmed for me that it didn't need immediate attention. Thoughtfulness and honesty go a long way in my book and I will be putting Well Connected into my Contacts list :)
I was originally introduced to Russell and Josh by the contractor who was doing a farmer's porch for our home and we needed to move the heating vent pipe. Russel worked with both the contractor and the electrician to coordinate timing for everyone. They showed up on time, were courteous and professional, pulled the proper permits, took care of the problem and left the area spotless. A couple of months later our contractor began the process of gutting our kitchen and bath down to the studs and we were happy to hire Russel again to do the plumbing. Again we were thrilled with the quality of workmanship, he had great suggestions and was extremely easy to work with and flexible for several changes we made along the way. Most recently we again called on Russel for an issue with our older heating system. He was responsive and transparent about pricing and had options to keep it running for now as well as options for when we decide to replace it. Russel and Josh have become more like family and we appreciate having an honest and reliable plumber for any future problems. I highly recommend Well Connected Plumbing Heating & Gas for any project you may have both large and small.
