Excellent service, communication, cost. I am a longtime Wayland resident and recently hired Butler Septic for a system cleaning and Title 5 inspection. They were on time, informative, and professional. I recommend trying them if you want to have the job done right and at best cost.

If I could give Ken H. more stars I would, five is not enough for the nightmare he had to deal with. Thank god he has the patience of a saint, he is amazing!!! I called Butler Drain Services for what I thought was a clogged toilet and after trying everything (and I mean everything) to fix my issue, he explained in full detail what the problem was, which was the actual drain pipe not the toilet, and also explained to me what needed to be done. I called Rose to schedule another appointment to replace my pipe and Ken and Alex wasted no time in starting this nightmare of a project. After dealing with issue after issue and a very long day, I am more than happy with the work done by them. I cannot stress how lucky I am to have found a company that is costumer oriented from the first call to Rose to the final work of Ken. I will be using Butler Drain Services for all my plumbing needs and you should too! Thank you for everything!

Richie has been incredible, taking on a difficult job in horribly hot weather. He has followed through as extra issues kept emerging. Unfailingly pleasant and polite, beautiful work, taking great care to explain everything. (We did have some issues with scheduling and coordination, much due to uncertain traffic around here.)

I called Butler Drain Services for issues with my sewer and was blown away by their services and professionalism. I called their number and immediately was greeted by Rose, who was very professional and friendly. Scheduled an appointment and Richie came the next day, right on time. Richie was AWESOME!!! Very professional and knowledgeable. Richie did the job in a timely manner and was very clean. At the end of the job Richie provided great tips and advised. Richie from Butler Drain Services is awesome! He came to my house for an emergency night time service call. I was not charged extra and he did not rush the job and made sure everything was fixed before he left. My bathroom looked exactly the same as before he came, He cleaned and put everything back. I will recommend this company to everyone who needs help. The best part of this experience was the price very reasonable for an emergency night time visit.
