Pier Fuel Co. is a Narragansett, Rhode Island fuel oil dealer that says it has offered fuel oil and burner services for more than 35 years, and names Charlestown and Richmond as its service area. A 2024 customer with an urgent need for heating oil during a cold snap, and no contract with a provider, said the company fit them in and delivered within a few hours, and that Patrick was reassuring on the phone. A 2023 customer praised the fast fuel delivery. A 2024 customer said that in January the tank was overfilled and the oil gauge stopped working, and that the man on the phone got angry and disconnected the call when they asked about it.

In January, they overfilled the tank and the oil gauge stopped working. The man got angry on the phone when I called to ask about it and disconnected the phone call.
