Ripaldi Home Inspections

Ripaldi Home Inspections is a Hudson, NH-based home and commercial property inspection company, by its own website's account, and a recent Google customer says Pete took photos of everything and used a drone to inspect the roof and chimneys. The website says it is owner-operated by Pete Ripaldi, that he has over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, and that it serves Salem, Hudson, Nashua and Manchester. New Hampshire home inspector license 00370, in Raymond R Ripaldi's name, is active on the state registry. A recent customer, a first-time homebuyer, says Peter answered every question while offering pointers throughout the inspection, and that the inspection report was sent the same day. A recent customer says Peter completed his report the same day. A recent customer says Peter offered info on how to fix small do-it-yourself items and even where to get materials. In a 2026 review, a customer said Peter was pointing out and documenting every little detail, and that his report used pictures and arrows to document his findings. In a 2025 review, a customer said Pete Ripaldi emailed a completed, detailed report the same day as the inspection. A 2025 customer said the company fit them in the very next day after they explained the urgency. In a 2022 review, a customer who had bought and sold many homes said Peter covered a large, very old home with photos and small details, and wondered if the company was maybe a little more expensive than others. In a 2025 review, a customer who could not attend the inspection said that after a month in the home they found issues that should have been noted in the report: loose outlets, a clogged drain, and cracks in the basement wall and garage floor.
