Pinsonneault Roofing Builders

Pinsonneault Roofing Builders, based in Mashpee, works in custom home building, additions, and historical restoration under the direction of Leon, according to its Houzz profile, which lists five completed projects. The written reviews on file are thin — just three — and split sharply. One 2022 review praised a custom-built home as done to perfection, citing quality materials and attention to detail throughout. The other two describe a difficult experience on a renovation: missed meetings, change orders the customer says weren't discussed in advance, subcontractor work described as poor, and a roof leak the company wouldn't come back to fix. A separate 2022 review raised concerns about being asked to pay in cash, billing that didn't match what was quoted, and small incidental charges like brooms and trash bags added to the bill. With so few reviews to go on, it's hard to say which experience is more typical. Anyone considering this company for a renovation or build should get scope, change-order terms, and payment method spelled out in writing before work starts, and should follow up in writing about any issues — including a roof — that come up after the job is done.
