I had a great experience having work done by Landry Plumbing, out of Athol MA. I had a large job: removal of existing leaking and damaged plumbing and re-installing all new plumbing, as well as installing a new hot water heater, and dishwasher, along with replacing a kitchen faucet and bathroom sink with faucet. The hot water heater they originally planned to install had damage from the warehouse and they refused to use damaged goods, taking time out twice to get a replacement ensuring the equipment installed was undamaged and in proper working order. All the technicians involved with the project were friendly and answered any questions I brought up with them. In short, they were friendly professional, and expedient with their work.
