Pistone & Son Heating & Air Conditioning

Pistone & Son Heating & Air Conditioning is listed in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, where Thumbtack shows the company handling central air conditioning and heating work. The profile says the business has been operating for five years, has three employees, has been hired 172 times, and has passed a background check. Its listed work includes air conditioning repair and installation, heating system repair and installation, water heater work, thermostat service, and duct and vent work. The available customer comments are recent and consistently positive, though they come from three reviews on one platform. Customers describe a prompt repair of a broken part, a next-morning response to an AC capacitor failure, and clear updates during service. They specifically mention reasonable pricing, honesty, responsiveness, and good communication. Before booking, ask which technician will handle the work, what is included in the estimate, and whether the requested repair falls within the services listed on the profile. The profile gives a broad HVAC service menu and a strong rating, while the quoted comments provide only a small set of firsthand examples. This looks like a reasonable call for homeowners seeking routine HVAC repair or maintenance in the Tewksbury area. Confirm availability, the diagnosis, parts and labor pricing, and warranty terms before work begins.
