Verified record
Polini Painting is a one-owner-led outfit out of Peabody — reviewers name Pedro directly in nearly every account, and by February 2026 several were repeat customers across multiple properties. The written record is short but consistent: 16 Google reviews, all five stars, running from November 2025 to February 2026. The specifics that recur are prep work and cleanliness. A February 2026 review described Pedro sanding walls before repainting ceilings, walls and doors without leaving a trace of mess behind, calling the work meticulous. A January 2026 review from a historic-district home credited the team with carpentry repairs done carefully alongside the paint work, with a thorough clean-up after. Kitchen cabinets come up more than once — one household hired Polini for cabinets and a living/dining room, then brought them back for bedrooms, bathrooms and a family room, and another had cabinets painted as part of a whole-house job. Pricing is described as fair or competitive in several reviews rather than cheap outright. There's nothing negative on file yet — no low ratings, no unresolved complaints — but the record is also new and narrow: one source, one clustered stretch of months, and a small business built around a single named painter rather than a large crew. What to know before calling: with the whole written record concentrated in a few months and centered on one person, ask about current availability and lead time directly — a small operation's schedule can fill up fast off a run of good reviews like this one. For interior work, cabinet painting, or a job that needs some carpentry or prep alongside the paint, the reviews on file point to careful, hands-on work — just confirm scheduling given how recent and compact this reputation is.

Pedro did a big interior paint job in our home and we could not be happier. Ceilings, walls, doors and repairs as well. His work is meticulous and he has great attention to detail. He works efficiently and is very neat, cleaning as he goes. Even when he was sanding the walls that needed repair there was never a trace left for us to pick up. He showed up every day when he said he would and delivered a perfect, seamless makeover on our space. He also gave great suggestions when it came to paint color, trim, hardware etc. I am beyond pleased with his work and would recommend him to anyone looking for a painter. On top of that, he is very kind and considerate. He came every day with a smile and we enjoyed having him here.
We 100% recommend Pedro for any interior or exterior painting services. We’ve used him time and time again for each of our properties and the work is always flawless! He has excellent communication too. We can trust him to get the job done and on time.
Excellent work, honest and competitive price My house is in the historic district and required lots of carpentry repairs. All work was done well with attention to detail and amazing clean up after.
