Premium Pro Contractors

Premium Pro Contractors is a family-run outfit out of Peabody that North Shore homeowners call for full room remodels — a whole kitchen or bathroom redone start to finish, not just a component swap. Founder Claudiney Fernandes runs jobs personally, and a striking share of the 33 reviews on file are repeat clients who brought him back for a second or third project. The pattern is consistent: kitchens and bathrooms remodeled on budget and on schedule, plus carpentry work — fascia boards, gutters, custom cabinetry, built-ins, even a staircase build — that reviewers describe in detail. One homeowner who first hired the crew for built-ins ended up handing over a bathroom renovation and hallway tiling too; another had three separate projects done at the same house. Many reviews on file still address the company by an earlier name, Premium Painting & Carpentry, reflecting its start in paint and trim work. Not every job landed clean. In a review from December 2024, a homeowner whose basement leak Claudiney fixed said the accompanying paint job started bubbling and pooling within a couple of months. Separately, one review left a 1-star rating with no explanation of what went wrong. Both are worth asking about, along with pinning down scope and timeline in writing given how many trades this crew touches on one job. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active. For a North Shore homeowner who wants one crew handling a full kitchen or bath remodel — demo through paint — this is the kind of shop reviewers keep rehiring.
