Another recent reviewer said Josh replaced their above-ground pool liner and re-leveled the floor, with fair pricing and quality installation. A recent reviewer described a 33' round above-ground pool with a decent amount of excavation, where Josh and his crew encountered big rocks and huge roots and worked through them. Another recent reviewer said Josh replaced the carpeting on their aluminum pool deck and helped them get and assemble pool stairs. In a recent Google review, a reviewer said they hired Josh in April to refurbish an above-ground pool and paid a deposit, and that he scheduled days and did not show up four times; the reviewer said the pool is leaking in two places. I can’t say enough good things about the service I received. I was in a bit of a hurry and needed help with my pool, and he went above and beyond to come out and take care of it for me. He was extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. My pool went from looking like a mess to being **absolutely crystal clear**. I’m so happy with how it turned out, and I really appreciate him taking the time to help me when I needed it most. It’s not every day you come across someone who is this reliable and willing to go the extra mile. I would **100% recommend him to anyone who needs pool service**. I needed to get the carpeting replaced on my aluminum pool deck and was having trouble finding people to do it. Josh was able to provide a quote super quickly and then was able to replace it and make it look good as new. I am very satisfied with the results. He also helped me get & assemble pool stairs which was great as well. Overall very happy with the results of this project.
To be fair, we had a bad experience but as humans, it happens. These guys have began a remedy to help a customer. Therefore I’m changing my review. From one start to 3. When they make it right, I’ll go to 5. Because everyone deserves to eat
I Hirer Josh back in April to refurbished my Above Ground Pool, Josh said he would order a New liner, fix any issue with the Pool surround, I told him it would need a new Strainer, an a new jet return srayer. Josh asked for a Deposit which I gladly gave him as a down payment, May came No Josh, I called, 3 Times, At the end of May he finally returned my call and told me the liner came in damaged. Why didn't he call me when it happened it took me telling him I wanted my Deposit back to get a call. June came still no Josh, again I told him I understand I did not purchase a New Pool from you but you did except my Down payment and I except the job to be completed. He would schedule days with me and not show up, this happened 4 times, I told him I was reporting him to the better business bureau. He kept trying to sell me more items that didn't need replacing, then he told me I needed new Electrical, I had my son's friend who is an Electrician come out and verify what he was telling me. Bonding the pool what he could legally do and what he couldn't. Well let me tell you from that point on he just wanted out, the PVC pipe he put in is leaking at the connection that I pointed out to him and he said that he would fix it. GUESS WHAT, NOT FIXED. The Skimmer, is leaking, he told me not to contact him. JOSH HAMM DOSE NOT GUARANTEE HIS WORK. MY POOL IS LEAKING IN 2 PLACES.
Absolutely amazing! Very kind and thorough, showed up when he said he would! Knowledgeable and hard working! Will be having him do some more work!
