Portside Renewables LLC.

Portside Renewables LLC is a solar company in Mattapoisett, MA, and its own website says it has been in business for 19 years. In its own description on the Better Business Bureau, the company lists residential and commercial solar systems, battery storage, EV chargers, off-grid systems, and service and repairs. Its construction supervisor licence, CS-102054, held by Michael J Rotondo, is active on the state registry. In a 2026 Google review, Mike quickly resolved a problem with a 12 year old solar panel array whose original installer had gone out of business and got it back up and running. A solar tracker system is "all up and running again 100%" after its owner was referred to Mike, according to another 2026 review. In a February 2026 account of a system installed over 10 years ago, a crew replaced a faulty MMU, the monitoring and control gateway for a Tigo Energy Maximizer, then checked and repaired faulty wiring across the whole system; by making sure the inverter was working, they saved the owners thousands by not needlessly replacing it. That job had a few hiccups, and Mike and his team called and came by to make sure the system was working properly. On new systems, a 2026 reviewer has not had to pay an electric bill since Portside Renewables installed solar panels 1.5 years earlier. In another 2026 review, a system went online Jan 1 2025 with no electric bill since. A recent review describes working with the team to expand a poorly designed system, with prompt communication, clear pricing and a transparent process. In a 2026 review, Mike and Diane were informative and responsive, and the Portside crew was neat, clean, timely and respectful of the home. In 2026, a post on linkedin.com said the team's "extensive roofing background made this project not just possible, but successful."
