The written record is thin and pulls in two very different directions. A 2013 Houzz review describes Pacella building a custom cottage on the upper Cape — praising his budget planning, attention to detail, and a calm, easygoing manner, and noting the project finished on time and on budget. Far more recently, a 2025 Reddit post is a blunt warning to stay away from the company, though it doesn't say what happened.
