A 2025 customer called Mike at Precision Plumbing about a problem, and Mike listened and told them it was not a plumbing issue but a granite issue. That customer wrote that he could have come out and charged a service call before giving that answer, and instead forwarded them to Atlas Granite in Derry. The New Hampshire plumbing licence held by Precision Plumbing, LLC, number MBE1600886, is expired on the state registry.
I called Mike at Precision Plumbing and what did I get? Total honesty. He listened to my issue and told me it's not a plumbing issue but a granite issue. He could have come out charge me a service call and then gave me that answer but no, total honesty! He forwarded me onto a Atlas Granite in Derry where Sean was awesome... I couldn't be happier. Thank you, Mike for your honesty and support.
