Preferred Cleaning

Two names share one address on Fordham Road in East Falmouth. Preferred Cleaning is the cleaning side — houses first, plus offices, restaurants, boats, estates and post-construction cleanups — and the company's own site says it takes work throughout Massachusetts. The other name is Auntie Vi's, which rents vacation baby equipment such as cots and cribs and runs weekly linen service for Cape and South Shore visitors. The Better Business Bureau files both under one profile: a partnership running since 2002 with two employees, listing Mrs. Precious Noble-Smith as owner, accredited with the bureau since 2016 and graded A+. For a rental turnover, an estate clean or a punch-list clean after a renovation, this is a small, long-running local outfit with the linen side already attached. Before the first visit, pin down what a standard clean includes and how it is priced, and ask for proof of insurance.
