Primo Cleaning Services

Primo Cleaning Services is an East Falmouth outfit built around one name clients keep repeating: Kenia. The website describes a Cape Cod residential cleaner offering recurring house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and vacation-rental turnovers, using plant-based, low-fragrance products, and its testimonials describe the business as "Kenia and her team" rather than naming a separate owner. The clearest thread across the reviews is longevity — several clients describe using the same cleaner for years rather than a one-off visit. A 2025 review says one household has used the company for over a year, another describes multiple years of cleanings, and a 2021 review from a client of a year and a half calls out consistent follow-through and scheduling flexibility. On the deep-clean side, a 2022 review details kitchen grease and grime removed, cabinet faces spotless, and hardwood and laminate floors described as looking new. Vacation-rental hosts show up too: a 2025 review says Kenia was recommended by other rental hosts for turnover cleaning between guests, and an August 2026 review — among the most recent on file — describes the same thorough turnover service for a short-term rental. On Google the company holds a 5-star average from 19 ratings, and the two most recent reviews, both from August 2026, continue the pattern with no negative account among them. For a Cape Cod homeowner looking for a recurring cleaner, or a vacation-rental host who needs reliable turnovers between guests, the reviews point to a small, personally-run operation with a track record that goes back several years.
