Preferred Reglazing

Had our old claw foot tub done yesterday. Chris did a great job and the tub looks awesome!

The finish on my tub started peeling within in a week. They did nothing to help me. Never again.

Awful experience. Showed up at the wrong time when I wasn't even home. Covered my entire bathroom with paint and dust. Damaged my faucet removing it. Damaged my toilet seat from putting a sander on it. Paint all over windows and bathroom walls. Have to pay with a Zelle transfer or set up a cash app account. Asked 4 times for an invoice and still haven't got anything. When I scheduled for a touch-up/redone of the paint job, they forgot I had an appointment and didn't show. Before the appointment, I had masking tape on certain spots I wanted to show them, and when I removed the tape, all the paint came with it. Looked up the hardener being used after they left and found out it's not even for bathtub refinishing. Never received the replacement faucet I was supposed to get too. The owner, Linda, is extremely unprofessional and rude and just lies and lies. Everything promised on the website is a lie. Owner response to every 1 star review including mine is a lie as well. Masking Tape was put on the surface months after it was done curing and had to take it off because the owner failed to send someone to come fix the paint job after spending several hours preparing my house to get covered with paint again. The damages were 100% them too because I just bought the house and installed brand new stuff. After writing the review the owner reached out sarcastically thanking me for my review with a tongue out emoji and saying I’ll never be getting my invoice. Read the Yelp and BBB reviews. The good Google reviews are from people who were asked by Linda to right a review right after it’s finished and haven’t even looked at the job yet or seen the damage.

Linda responded quickly and Chris did exceptional work. He was clean and protected our property from his work space. We did not want to get into major bathroom remodeling for this rental and this did the trick! ........ Although we would be happy with the final product in our primary residence as well.

New glaze on our old ouates beige tub looks amazing! The texture added to the floor of the tub is a great plus! No more bath mais. Highly recommend Preferred Reglazing.
