Highly Recommend! From start to finish, Prep Smart Painting was a delight to work with! Their personnel were all friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating to our needs, and they maintained ongoing communication throughout the project. Their workmanship and attention to detail were second to none! They did an outstanding job on our deck--sanding, washing, replacing some boards, and painting--and also did some interior painting. We highly recommend them!
I had Prep Smart Painting come out to look at a job and give me a free estimate. The guy that came in. Patrick was very knowledgeable. Very smart very helpful. It was able to find out everything that we had wrong so he could get the job done Isaiah was my painter He gave us a good job. Highly respectable knows his stuff and is willing to work with you and communicate with you. I highly appreciate Prep Smart Painting Patrick to get the ball rolling. The contract manager was James who also did a walk-through and told us the truth about some of the spots that we needed to have done they are very smart knowledgeable, and definitely a go to company. The kid that did the painting Isaiah was willing to work with me and help me out, but his attention to detail was amazing
I have dealt with many contractors over the years and I have to say Prep Smart is one of the best. Their communication, attention to detail is first rate. Ramsey and his team were a pleasure to work with and we are extremely happy with the quality and overall appearance of our newly painted kitchen cabinets. I would hire Prep Smart again and recommend to anyone who needs to hire a paint contractor to give them a call.
This was my first time using PrepSmart for an interior painting project. Dan, our project manager, and his team did an excellent job. Dan, in particular, was in constant communication, walked us through the process and provided a stress-free experience. The quality of the prep work, painting, dry wall installation and finish carpentry exceeded our expectations and we will not hesitate using Prep Smart in the future. Ben P.
I am extremely frustrated with this company. The exterior paint job on my house looked great at first—until winter came. As soon as the weather changed, cracks began appearing all over the paint, across the entire house. I reached out immediately, and they told me they would return in the spring to fix it. Well, it is spring. I contacted them in May, again in June, and now we’re heading into July with still no date, no update, and no communication about when they plan to come out and assess the damage. My contract includes a two‑year warranty, but what good is a warranty if they won’t even show up? At this rate, the two years will run out before they lift a finger. This was the highest quote I received, but I chose them because they sounded professional and reliable. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The communication has been terrible, and my house—after spending a significant amount of money—now looks awful. I would never hire this company again. Not ever.
