Principal Builders LLC

Principal Builders LLC is a Dedham design-build and construction company that says it is family-owned by Joseph Pirelli and Timothy Williams. The company describes commercial, retail, and residential construction serving Dedham, Boston, and surrounding areas, with carpentry as its primary listed trade. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor license is active through November 19, 2026. The strongest customer account is a November 2025 Google review describing an upper-floor remodel completed to the homeowner's specifications, with three walkthroughs and a project manager who addressed each concern. Two other Google reviews from November 2025 and December 2023 are brief but positive, praising the people and the work. BuildZoom shows 13 projects, adding some project-history context beyond the three written reviews. This looks like a fit for homeowners planning a substantial remodel or design-build project rather than a one-off repair. Before booking, confirm the exact scope, who will manage the work, and which parts of the project will be handled by the company or its trade partners.
