Mike was really great when we had some water damage in our basement. Very helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to guide me through the situation. Can’t say enough good things about these guys.

We had water damage and mold on a wall that shared the family room and garage. Let me say first and foremost, they are 100% for the customer. Caroline, Mike, Nick and their teams deal with it all. The insurance adjusters, the vendors and the customer's anxieties. They are the absolute best in the business I would not only use them again and again but would recommend them to anyone dealing with a mess. They were our advocate every step of the way. Woke up to water in the basement, total nightmare. Called Priority One and spoke with Mike who was SUPER helpful and got things moving right away. A couple hours later, the crew showed up and handled everything quickly removing the water and setting up all the drying equipment. Mike recommended a plumber (he was great- will use again) who was at the house right away with a new sump pump. They made a stressful morning way easier to deal with. Can’t recommend them enough if you ever need this kind of help- thank you !!

My mother's condo in Wilbraham was hit by lightening in June of 2024. Anthony from Priority 1 Restoration was there at the scene and ready to help. He and his company took such good care of us at a very difficult time. They handled disposing of the unsalvageable household items and they took great care in protecting and packaging up the items that were salvageable. They stored the contents of the condo until we were able to move in after the rebuild and they were very patient with us. Mike went above and beyond to assist us with the catastrophe that we were faced with. They cared for all of our belongings as if they were their own. They stored the items and cleaned the pieces that were covered in soot and mold. Mike's wife Cait, and even his daughter, were instrumental in restoring our belongings. We cannot thank them enough. If you ever need help, call them. They are honest, compassionate, and professional. Just what you want in a time of need. Thank you all for your help. You made a difference when we really needed it.

Twice now, I have used Priority One for water issues in my basement both times they have been prompt, professional and thorough.
