This is an A-#1waterproofing firm. I’ve had terrible basement water leaks for years. The first system built by a previous goid waterproofing company worked great until my neighbor sabotaged it out of jealousy because I had this system. After this, we couldn’t get it reestablished. So I was referred to Gill and his team to fix it. My basement was filled with water again and part of my basement wall had collapsed. Gill and his team did a miraculous job fixing the system and finding the source of the new leak. They rebuilt the basement wall. Then bolstered my remaining basement walls, removed the mold/mildew and painted them with 2 coats of epoxy paint. Now I know I have sturdy and sealed basement walls and a bone dry basement that will last many many years. My horrible neighbor has moved away. Gill has a long waiting list because he’s so good, and smart about finding leaks that extend beyond the surface walls. My sincere thanks to Pro-Tech for helping me in a dire situation. Katherine

These are the guys to hire for waterproofing, period! They may be busy, but it's because they do awesome work, use the best products, & do what they say, when they say it's gonna be done. I wouldn't trust anyone else for my waterproofing needs for my house, and neither would I recommend you use anyone else. Thanks to Gill and the team!

I was recommended this company by a couple of people. I contacted them for a big job at my home and after getting an estimate for waterproofing and replacing my front stairs and walkway, I made the necessary deposits and signed the contracts and then I was put on the schedule. They are a busy company that schedules about five to six weeks out but once they start, they are quick and efficient. I am overall very happy with the work that was done. I did have to call them to come back to fix a few things that seemed rushed a tad. I'm still waiting for 2 small details to be fixed but Giselle and Gill are good people and have been on top of the details. Their staff was very friendly and polite. Josh worked hard waterproofing my floors in the basement. I have already started recommending them. I suggest you give them a call for an estimate. They also do emergency work and have a 24-hour hotline. Update: the small things that needed adjusting have been fixed and I updated to 5 stars to reflect the service.
