Problem Solved Pros

Problem Solved Pros is a licensed and insured handyman, roofing, and property-maintenance business serving Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire, owner-operated by Christopher Medeiros. The company states it has been serving customers since 2014 (about 12 years), with the owner citing 15+ years of trade experience, and covers Dracut, Lowell, Chelmsford, Tewksbury, Andover, Methuen and Haverhill in Massachusetts, plus Nashua, Salem and Windham in New Hampshire. Google reviews rate the business a perfect 5 out of 5 stars, though the written record is thin so far — just 3 ratings. A 2023 review described a technician completing interior painting of a living room and kitchen, including working on a Saturday to finish the job, and returning later to paint a master closet; the reviewer called it a great job. A second 2023 review praised the same team for tackling a backlog of household problems. Both 2023 reviews name the technician as Brett — the current website instead names Christopher Medeiros as owner and lead technician, so it isn't clear from the record whether this reflects a different staff member or a change in who leads the work since then. For handyman, painting, or property-maintenance work in the Greater Lowell / Southern NH area, the business presents a detailed, professional self-reported profile, though the independent written review record is still small.
