ProEdge Remodeling - Windows

ProEdge Remodeling is a window replacement company whose Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 187446, is active on the state registry, held by ProEdge Remodeling, Inc. Its website describes a family-run company that installs replacement windows, exterior and patio doors, roofing and bathroom and shower remodels, and says it started out in 1961 as a Rhode Island storm window installer. A recent Google customer is excited about a brand new bathroom and names Erisson and Rodrigo as the ones who did the work. A 2026 customer said the installers worked hard for two days to finish a window job on time and on budget. A 2026 customer who replaced storm windows praised the efficient installation but said the sealing at the bottom edge was poorly done, with a 1/4 inch gap open to the outside in some spots. A 2021 customer said the windows in their home went in within a day, with the shades and furniture put back and everything cleaned up, and that the company cost a little more than other window installers. A 2021 reviewer, a career engineer, said rooms on the north side of the house that once needed space heaters were as warm as the rest of the house after the install. A 2021 customer who hired them for attic insulation said they wanted blown-in or rigid insulation and were then told the company does not do that. A 2025 customer said the company called their home phone upwards of 22 times in one day without leaving a message. A complaint on its BBB page, which carries no date, describes high-pressure sales tactics.
