Santiago and his son Antonio did a great job on our house and deck, which also needed some rotting wood replaced. They are professional, extremely personable and communicative about the work being scheduled on any given day. Their team works hard and the overall cost was reasonable with no surprises.
Santiago and Sons did a wonderful job last October painting the outside of my house. The work was neat, done when promised, as well as looking great. I would recommend their work to anyone. The crew were pleasant, polite, and respectful of my property. I have no complaints. In fact, I am planning on using them again for painting the inside of my home.

Santiago was the most considerate and thorough working tradesman we have had. He went above and beyond preparing the house for painting, doing the painting, and followup. He came the next year to make sure his work had held up and make any necessary or additional improvements. I highly recommend him.
Santiago, his son Antonio and crew are a joy to work with. I am an interior consultant and have used them on any jobs that require painting. They are fast and efficient and take pride in their work. Highly recommended!
