They praised the lawn's condition and described the products as environmentally friendly and formulated for the region. The Belchertown lawn-care business has a 4-star Google average from four ratings. An August 2024 customer described a much different experience. After restarting their lawn the previous year and hiring the company to treat and maintain it, they said it became engulfed in crabgrass. They also complained about unanswered calls, missing callbacks and visits that did not happen when promised, saying thousands of dollars had been wasted. Nothing but the best
Last year I had my lawn tore up and started it over. I decided to trust this company to treat and take care of it so was done right. The lawn is engulfed in crab grass and looks HORRIBLE. They rarely answer phone calls, don’t get back to you and don’t show up when they say they will. Thousands of dollars down the drain. They seem to be the knowledgeable at first but now all I hear are excuses.
