Eric was prompt in responding to my need for fall cleanup. Did an excellent job with the yard. Would highly recommend him.

Not only do these guys get the job done, they actually take care of the lawn. They don't mow when it's too hot, reschedule when the lawn would be too wet, and communicate any changes in their schedule to make sure it works with yours. Also, their online payment portal is super easy, no more forgetting to mail checks. Simply put: Affordable, effective, efficient, expert yard and property maintenance. Sundays on the riding mower are great but I should have hired these guys years ago.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Eric the owner of Ser - All Property Maintenance… We had a landscaper from almost 20 years. I had to get rid of them twice gave them more than one opportunity to stay up to par. He just weren’t doing the job and that’s when I made a decision along with my mom that we needed to get someone else. I had received the postcard in the mail this spring and I kept it and called. I’ve been having Eric at Serv-all Property Maintenance mow my lawn since the beginning of the ‘24 season. He’s reliable and an excellent communicator in regard to scheduling and pricing. The lawn care service is great and he recommends scheduling changes (reduced mowing) based on lawn growth and weather. His pricing is very competitive as well.
