Green Elite cleans the soft things in a house — wall-to-wall carpet, wool and Oriental rugs, couches, sectionals, a bed frame — and on Google it holds 4.9 stars from 150 ratings. In an October 2026 review, a customer says the owner, Iyad, stepped in personally to clean and restore an off-white upholstered bed frame that movers had left with dark dirt marks, because his crew was tied up on another job. A September 2026 customer had an Oriental rug that had never been washed cleaned with non-toxic products, and says Iyad arrived earlier than planned when his schedule opened up. An October 2026 customer says Iyad returned the call promptly and came the same day to assess carpet stains. Another October 2026 customer says the team came back the next day to deal with a stain that remained. An August 2026 customer had carpet and tile cleaned in their two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, and a separate August 2026 customer says the company fit in a carpet cleaning before an open house, coordinated with painters. In a September 2026 review, a customer whose new tenants reported two stains in two rooms with wall-to-wall carpet says Eon studied the stain, tried neutralizing it, and returned to remove the stain in both rooms. A September 2026 customer who says Iyad did a great job for a great price added that it just took a little longer to dry than expected. In March 2026, a customer described three rugs and a couch cleaned, plus a free return visit to spot-clean a rug after a child spilled a drink the next day. A December 2025 Google reviewer gave one star: nobody showed up, they waited over two hours, the technician didn't return calls and the front office wasn't helpful. On Reddit, a June 2025 commenter in r/CambridgeMA told people to stay away and called the owner abusive and controlling; a March 2026 r/LowellMA commenter accused the owner of creating fake accounts and comments to mislead people; and a June 2026 r/Somerville post opens with "DO NOT TO USE OR HIRE GREEN ELITE CARPET CLEANING!" Its BBB grade is A-.

“I recently had Green Elite Carpet Cleaning service my home in Cambridge, MA, and I couldn’t be more impressed. They cleaned my wool area rugs and staircase, which required extra care due to the fine.”
I highly recommend Green Elite Carpet Cleaning. I recently bought a new off-white upholstered bed frame that was completely ruined by inept movers who didn't bother to cover it and handled it with filthy gloves, leaving dark dirt marks all over the fabric. The owner, Iyad, stepped in personally because his crew was tied up on another job, and I am grateful he did. He was professional and courteous. Most importantly, his work was excellent - he was able to clean and restore the off-white fabric, and the bed frame looks so much better now. If you need high-quality upholstery cleaning from someone who cares about quality work and customer satisfaction, call Green Elite. Thank you, Iyad!
Iyad was very knowledgeable and professional. He returned my call promptly and showed up the same day to assess the stains on my carpet. He explained everything and my carpet looks new. I would highly recommend!!!
A prompt, friendly team that did a great job cleaning our carpets!
We were very satisfied with their service, which was quick, reasonable and responsive. They came back the next day right away to address a concern about a remaining stain. We would gladly use them again.
The Green Elite crew were the best! My white area rug is once again spotless and white and my other rug has never looked better! They were knowledgeable, friendly and careful with my furniture . I highly recommend their services!
