Google shows 4.9 stars from 126 ratings and Angi 5.0 from 20. Recent customers describe more than paint. A June 2026 reviewer said the job turned into a lot more repair work than expected and the crew took it piece by piece; another that month had a mahogany deck restained with several old boards replaced. In April 2026, a customer's kitchen ceiling, walls, trim and cabinets were painted, with the doors and drawer fronts finished in the company's workshop, realigned and fitted with new hardware. Another April 2026 customer noticed a few minor blemishes after the job, and Tom sent a crew back promptly. A June 2026 Reddit commenter on r/northshore said they had used ProMark several times over the years. Some customers had problems. In an August 2023 review, a customer happy with an exterior job said Tom texted after midnight, the night before an interior job was to start, to renegotiate the price, after the customer had spent hours moving furniture, and called it a bait and switch. A December 2023 1★ review said a paint job started peeling after one year and the company never came back to finish as promised. In a July 2011 Angi review, a customer described a quote error followed by a request for more money, a house not washed as promised, trash left around the site and the wrong deck color; the business disputed the account in its response.
