He installed hardwood flooring in my home, and the results came out even better than I expected. The quality of the work was excellent, and the price he gave me for the materials was very fair compared to other quotes I received. What I appreciated most was Bruno's honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to answer all my questions throughout the project. It's hard to find contractors who genuinely care about doing a great job, but Bruno definitely does. I have no words to describe my happiness with Prompt. Bruno came to my house, measured everything and worked on a very beautiful design. He and his crew installed my cabinets and did an amazing job. I was honestly very nervous about hiring a company to remodel my kitchen. It’s a big investment, and you hear so many stories about projects going wrong. But from the moment I walked into the Prompt showroom and saw the materials in person and the way everything was handled, all of that worry went away. The only thing I regret is not starting my project with Prompt sooner. Bruno went above and beyond from start to finish.
