I can't say enough good things about my experience with Prompt Flooring & Kitchen. Bruno, the owner, was great to work with from start to finish. He installed hardwood flooring in my home, and the results came out even better than I expected. The quality of the work was excellent, and the price he gave me for the materials was very fair compared to other quotes I received. What I appreciated most was Bruno's honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to answer all my questions throughout the project. It's hard to find contractors who genuinely care about doing a great job, but Bruno definitely does. If you're looking for someone reliable who delivers quality work at a fair price, I highly recommend Prompt Flooring & Kitchen. I would gladly hire them again for future projects.

I have no words to describe my happiness with Prompt. Bruno came to my house, measured everything and worked on a very beautiful design. He and his crew installed my cabinets and did an amazing job. The most important thing I’d like to highlight is the fact that we had to do something out of the scope and Bruno mastered it. I am so happy. I highly recommend Bruno and his company.

I was honestly very nervous about hiring a company to remodel my kitchen. It’s a big investment, and you hear so many stories about projects going wrong. But from the moment I walked into the Prompt showroom and saw the materials in person and the way everything was handled, all of that worry went away. The only thing I regret is not starting my project with Prompt sooner. Bruno went above and beyond from start to finish. He took the time to walk me through every option, was patient with all of my questions, and made me feel confident in every decision. What really stood out was how much he helped me with things that weren’t even part of the original plan. He didn’t have to do that, but he did it because he genuinely cared about getting it right for me. If you’re on the fence about who to trust with your kitchen, don’t make the mistake I almost made. Go with Prompt, and ask for Bruno. You won’t regret it.
