I highly recommend Joe and his team at JS Enterprises for any home renovation or addition project. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable and organized. The crew arrived on time EVERY SINGLE day and even completed our project ahead of schedule! Joe pays attention to every detail and was able to anticipate each phase of the project which kept everything running smoothly and efficiently. If you add extras along the way, he is transparent and cooperative about the cost and timeline. Joe took the time to walk us through every step of the process, including surveying, architectural plans, and permitting. He also used a great computer design program that helped us clearly visualize our project before construction even began. Throughout the renovation, Joe listened to our needs and preferences. He offered thoughtful recommendations and expert guidance while still allowing us to make all the final decisions on finishes and design choices. We also appreciated the trusted vendors he recommended, it helped streamline the entire experience. One of the things we appreciated most was Joe’s communication. We were in constant contact through calls and texts, and he always kept us informed about daily progress, answered all questions and listened to important details. Our family of 4 was able to stay living in the house during major construction because of the level of care, transparency, and craftsmanship provided by JS Enterprises met and even exceeded our expectations. Joe Sanfilippo, owner of J. S. Enterprises has now done 4 major renovation projects for us. We have been extremely fortunate to have hired him for the first time in February 2017 for 2 bathroom renovation projects. Since then we have had Joe do a complete kitchen renovation in the first quarter of 2022 and a complete two - level deck reconstruction in May 2025. The last project Joe did was the installation of a new front entry door in July 2025. He has exceeded all our expectations each time as his work on each project is exceptional in our opinion. His prices for each project have been very good and reasonable, to the point that we do not even bother to get any other bids as we value his work. He is a master carpenter - which was very evident with the kitchen renovation, especially as our house has settled a bit over the years and floor thresholds were evened out between the dining room, hallway and kitchen for a much cleaner look now. The two level deck he completed in 2025 was partially built around an above ground oval pool, which also took some great skill to get the decking just right with the multiple angles on each end of the pool. He approached and completed each project as if it were his own home. He offers his opinions and recommendations when there were questions we had on various aspects of each project. His communications with us throughout all the projects was great. He finished each project in a timely manner and always showed up as promised. In addition Joe is a pleasure to work with and is genuinely a good person. We believe you will be very pleased to have him work on your home if you need renovations done. He will bring a lot of value to you and your property.

Joe gave us our dream, open-concept kitchen. He was courteous, always uses time efficiently and paid attention to all details of the job. He is our contractor for life. His work is extremely professional and way beyond the average Joe!

When I called JS Enterprises, Inc. I was already let down so many times, so I was cautious about another contractor. Joe called me almost immediately after my inquiry, and from there we set up a time to meet and talk about my project. After that initial meeting I was 100% sure I had the right guy. Joe was professional, courteous and realistic about my renovation needs ( I had a lot of them)! We had a lot going on with my home Reno project, but Joe went though absolutely everything with us and what to expect . Joe showed up with his crew on time everyday, they were clean, efficient and knowledgeable about everything that was going on! J.S. Enterprises worked with my budget from start to end, and was completely transparent about everything up front! I was always informed of all plans ahead of time! My home addition came out better than I could have ever imagined and was finished on time and budget (with a little extra that I added here and there)! I highly recommend J.S.enterprises!!
