It reports 20 years in business, and its Better Business Bureau profile carries an A+ grade. In a September 2026 Google review, a customer wrote that a hard working crew cleaned everything out in a timely manner on a clean-out that involved a lot of heavy machinery. In a July 2025 Google review, a landlord wrote that Proxima arrived right on time for a tenant eviction, moved everything in an organized way, communicated every step of the way and charged fair prices. In an April 2025 Google review, a customer wrote that the company removed everything a prior tenant left in an apartment, cleaned out all the cabinets and broom swept the entire apartment. In an October 2025 Google review of an estate eviction, a customer wrote that the movers walked them through the house, boxed up family pictures they asked to keep, and had to return to complete a clean-up outside the home. In a June 2025 Google review, a customer advised being aligned on the number of rooms before a quote and submitting a floor plan. In a July 2025 Google review, a customer whose belongings were moved during an eviction wrote that the workers dumped drawers onto the floor, stacked boxes of breakable items until two fell and the items inside broke, and that two hats went missing. In a 2023 Google review, a customer alleged that a perfume, a wallet and several jewels were stolen from their apartment.
