Philip is fantastic- very knowledgeable, responsive and fair priced! Only electrician I use for home and rentals
Great experience continue to use him for all my electrical needs
I hired PS Electric to complete the electrical wiring for a log home addition. Unfortunately, my experience was unacceptable. It took more than five weeks for the project to reach the point of inspection readiness. Even after that extended period, the work failed not one, but two separate electrical inspections due to numerous code violations. The deficiencies included, but were not limited to: Damaged/cut wiring Missing required electrical outlets Outlet spacing that did not meet code requirements Improper placement of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, despite the Fire Marshal providing detailed instructions during a site visit Insufficient wire slack left for properly connecting the new wiring to the existing electrical panel In addition to these code violations, the overall workmanship was poor and did not meet professional standards. Due to the repeated inspection failures and quality concerns, I terminated my contract with PS Electric and hired another licensed electrician. The new electrician was required to rewire significant portions of the work to correct the deficiencies and bring the installation into compliance. As a result, I incurred additional expenses and experienced significant project delays. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend PS Electric. Basic electrical work was performed incorrectly, inspections were repeatedly failed, and the project was not completed in a timely or professional manner.I have photographs documenting the issues and can provide them upon request. I would also like to note I am a very understanding person. Had Phil come to me and explained that he could not complete the job in the beginning due to the type of home, we could have worked something out. Instead, I was left high and dry.
try to contact the customer and did not providing the information on completion the Job
Pedro and his assistant, Tyler, came to perform electrical work at an apartment building I own. They showed up on time, expertly did the work we had agreed on, performed the work expeditiously and efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and contacted me upon completion. I am TOTALLY delighted with the high quality of work and their professional and personal demeanor. I would ENTHUSIASTICALLY use them again!
