In March 2026 a reviewer came home from a week's vacation to failed bathroom plumbing and extensive water damage in a one-level home. PuroClean arrived within 2 hours of the call, and Anthony and crew were at their side for two weeks, documenting the damage, including personal belongings that were not salvageable, and removing damaged material to dry the home out. PuroClean Managed Services is based in Williston, Vermont, and holds 4.8 stars from 76 Google ratings. In September 2026 a reviewer found a backed-up sewage line in a finished basement late on a Sunday evening. Damien and his team arrived Monday morning and cleaned, disinfected, removed the trash and set up fans and dehumidifiers in one day; Collin came every day to check the drying, and Trevor removed the equipment on the last day. That reviewer also learned the company has a sister company, Phase 2, for repair work. In a February 2023 review, a broken pipe had run for 7 days before anyone found it; the company showed up within an hour on a holiday and came in exactly on budget. In January 2023 a reviewer with mold in one of their apartments spoke with Michele at 4pm, and she had a technician there before 5pm. In a 2022 review, Vince (crew chief), Matt and Hank responded to a water leak across a condo's first floor, pulling up the kitchen and half-bath vinyl and the damaged laminate, cutting away wet sheetrock and bringing in industrial-grade fans. They came over every day to check moisture levels, and Vince came on his day off to measure. In an October 2023 review, with 4 1/2" of water in a basement, Vince came back after several days of drying, found a missed section of insulation, pulled it out and did not finish until the basement was completely dry. In an April 2024 review of a small kitchen fire, Vince came over after hours to set up a large HEPA air purifier, and a few days later Pete collected the equipment and tested the kitchen walls for contaminants. In an October 2023 review, Jonathan Kellogg and Jay Armstrong cleaned a dryer vent quickly, told the reviewer the vent hose was not up to current code and crimped the elbow pieces for them. In February 2025 a two-star reviewer wrote that the cleaning was good but the bill came in roughly $800 (110%) over the verbal quote, with after-hours charges, equipment setup and take-down, equipment cleaning and PPE fees they had not been told about before the work. That reviewer will only work with them again with a written estimate for every proposed service before work starts. In April 2024 a Reddit commenter on r/burlington wrote that PuroClean was a lot cheaper and did a fine job.
