We worked with Keith and Quality Framing on a major attic refinishing - Keith was responsive, followed up on his commitments, and was a great thought partner on working through the various issues and design challenges that inevitably come up in any project like this. When there were issues, he consistently made them right without challenge or hesitation. The final product was great and we are very happy with the space. I would work with him again, and am in fact planning to do so. Highly recommended!

We had a good experience until the end. Had some serious issues on our punch list....bad condensation in a bathroom, so bad that the bathroom and ceiling needs to be repainted, electrical shorts, gutter leaks, and they refuse to answer our calls and take care of the issues. Keith made many promises, however he has now decided NOT to take care of his customer. The problems were brought to Keith the owner’s attention months ago. Very disappointing ending to our project. BUYER BEWARE, as he may do the job but do not expect him to come back to resolve your punch list.
