I had scheduled a cleaning of my furnace on Friday (May 8th) between 2 and 4pm. By 3:30 I called to make sure they were still coming and I got a call back my Mike who stated that he was sorry and that their was a misunderstanding on who was to call me and cancel my appointment due to a problem at a job prior to my scheduled time. I was not happy because I sat home for 2 and a half hours but I figured that things do happen and we rescheduled for Monday (May 11th) between 3 and 5pm. Mike stated that he would put me down as top priority and that there would be no further issues. Around 3pm on Monday I get a call from Mike stating that they were running late and he was not going to get to my home until 3:30 and possibly 4pm. At 4:10 pm I had more than enough of waiting and I had informed him that I had an appointment at 6pm Monday and I was still waiting for service. At this point I called back and cancelled them out. I have been with Quality heating for 15 years and now that they are under new owners, the company is definitely not the same. So tomorrow I will find a new company to service my furnace. Very unprofessional company. Your time means nothing to them!!

Dennis the service man was very polite and professional. The oil burner unit was left very clean and runs very efficient. I would highly recommend Quality Home & Heating Co to anyone who needs service. Thank you Dennis for a job well done..

Kevin and team did a great job installing a new ductless heat pump system, along with a new heat pump water heater. They also removed our old oil heat system, including radiators. I really appreciated the planning and scoping process - Kevin did a great job of assessing our needs and involving us in the planning & design. And the actual work was great - the crew was very thorough, they kept things clean, there was great communication throughout, and the final work looks good (inside and out). Overall, a great experience!
